CAPCOA and your co-hosts – the California Air Resources Board and the United States Environmental Protection Agency – are proud to organize the CAPCOA Climate Change Forum.  Our participating air district partners include the Bay Area Air Quality Management District, South Coast Air Quality Management District, San Diego County Air Pollution Control District, Sacramento Metropolitan Air Quality Management District, and San Luis Obispo Air Pollution Control District.  Together, representatives from each agency have formed the event Steering Committee and are actively collaborating on agenda and program development.
